Review a project
When you have a project to review (deliverables are sent), you'll receive a notification to review the project (again with the notification settings!) The project overview will also have a big button that takes you to review the project.
When you open a project's preview, you will probably see a friendly message from your team that the designs are ready to be reviewed. It's time to leave pins!
File versions
Look at versions of a design by pressing the Version icon button in the preview tab. This opens the side panel that shows all the versions of a file. You can download files and see designs with the original pins!
Done with review
Once you have left all of your pins on this round of design, send it back to your design team with the big yellow Done with review button in the upper right.
A popup will appear to confirm you're done reviewing. If you have other colleagues on the project, you can select that you're done with your review but to wait for others to finish theirs.
Auto-send your review!
When you leave your first pin on a review, a timer starts a countdown to auto-send your review! You'll see it in the banner on the top. We have this because, a lot of times, clients forget to send their review and it delays the design team to turn-around deliverables. You can always pause the timer if you don't want it to auto-send ✋ 🕛
How to complete a project
When the designs are ready and the project is complete, there are multiple ways to close the project.
- Hit the little checkmark button next to the yellow Done with review button;
- Click Done with review and in the confirmation popup, select Mark project as complete;
- See that big Review designs and leave pins button on the project overview? Next to it is the three-dot ... button and if you click that, you can select Close the project.
- You can talk to your PM and they can complete the project for you.
No matter which way you choose to close your project, you will have to confirm if you really want to complete the project.
Update a review
Did you complete a project and want to re-open it? You can do that! The green banner at the top of the screen is available on any completed project to re-open it.
